This is driving me around the bend.
With the 19.7.3 build, I can't turn off Chill globally, either from Radeon Settings or from the overlay. Therefore, everytime I log into Steam I get the bloody Chill chiming noise, telling me it's on when I don't want it to be.
I want to choose when to use it, but if you insist on us having it on all the effing time, why bother with the bloody noise.
