Hello, I recently had a power outage and had to reset my windows because my windows files were corrupted. I had no problem before resetting my windows but nowadays there are frequent frame drops and sudden hangs. You can witness this in the video and my performance recordings. The only game I played is almost "League of legends" and my system is far above the requirements of this game. I tried to play "Witcher3" after a power outage. I realized that my game was not smooth. Please help me. Two things I need to add and want to remind. there is one: I wasn't experiencing any framerate drops before resetting my windows two: I have tried to install my windows cleanly 2 times and I'm sure the drivers are completely clean.
