I have an RX480 that came in Dell XPS and I've noticed during normal use, not gaming at all, just surfing the web, working on a word document, just about anything, it will go to a black screen for about 4 or 5 seconds, then it will just come right back up. It goes totally black, no error messages, no restarts, no codes.
I have tried several monitors, now I am using a 1080P 32" Samsung TV and it is still happening. Switched from my 4k monitor. I am using a top of the line Monster Cable Gold HDMI cable, and have tried others as well.

Above is all of the specs from the Radeon software. I ran the previous version before installing this latest and it had the same issues. Card is bone stock, nothing at all done to it.
