Hi!
My rx 470 nitro out of nowhere started to spin fans on 3000 ms or mHz i dunno. Anyway they are pretty loud.
I tried to use all kind of programs, like MSI Afterburner or program from AMD itself.
Nothing seems to help... so what do you think I should do?
I cleaned Windows, installed new drivers and did everything i could.
Who's fault? Fans or maybe capacitors in the graphics card?
