RX 470 8GB GRAPHIC GLITCHES

Hi

I have rx 470 8gb but after a while there is a problem. I played PUBG and it crashes, in PUBG Lite there is wierd pixels on screen. I tried other games but it just closes.I ran HEAVEN benchmark everything was finepastedImage_2.png

Also fan speed is 0 RPM but I hear it spining
