Running 2 MSI RX 550X oc aeros and cannot turn on crossfire.

Running 2 MSI RX 550X 4gb oc aeros and cannot turn on crossfire. I try to do it with the Radeon software but the custom settings are shaded out and unavailable for some reason. Mobo: Gigabyte b450 pro wifi which says it supports crossfire.
