It seems that my games will sometimes only run at 2 fps. At first it only happened in GTA so I thought it might be a problem with that program specifically but then Skyrim started to have the same problem. The strangest thing is that this only happens when I am running games and when I close them out and return to my desktop I am running everything normally. Help would be very much be appreciated.
