RMA 7900 XTX How long does the exchange take?

Hello....

Has anyone experienced how long it takes to exchange the 7900 XTX.
The card was sent in two weeks ago and to this day I still have no reply or anything.
Now I'm wondering how much longer I have to wait.
Unfortunately the support couldn't give me any real information.

P.S. I'm using google translate, sorry.

I'm slowly but surely becoming disappointed with AMD. To this day I still haven't received an answer from the whereabouts of my GPU.
