When I open inventory menu in RE 2: Remake frames per seconds drops to 0 (game freezes) randomly. MSI Afterburner shows 0% GPU load when it happens. Also it happens when I don't run MSI Afterburner so it's not the cause of the problem. My GPU is RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro+ with latest drivers installed on fresh Windows 10.
