Hello AMD Community,
I’m reaching out in the hope of finding some assistance or guidance with an unfortunate situation that I’ve recently experienced. Due to the ongoing conflict in Lebanon, I was forced to leave my home and relocate to Iraq, bringing only the essentials with me. One of those essentials was my work desktop PC, which I depend on daily for VMware virtualization and other professional tasks. My setup includes an AMD 7950X3D CPU, 192GB of RAM, and an MSI Carbon X670E motherboard, which together allow me to perform my work efficiently.
I also had an AMD RX 7800 XT GPU installed, which I used solely for gaming during my off-hours to help manage stress in a challenging environment. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remove the GPU before shipping, and it was badly damaged in transit. Right now, I don’t have the resources to replace it, and not having it has really impacted my ability to relax during downtime.
If anyone in the community has advice on how I might be able to reach out to AMD for assistance or if there’s anyone from AMD who could consider my request for support, I would be immensely grateful. I understand this is a unique and unusual request, and if anyone here can point me in the right direction or suggest contacts, it would mean a lot.
