I bought a 5700 xt recently and for some reason, every time I scroll using my mouse I hear a static sound. The sound also appears when I play any game.
And fps in any game is terrible when I pan the camera. For example, I was trying the witcher 2, it is around 60fps when I stand still, anytime I try to move the camera it drops to 20-40fps. Assassin's creed origin is even worse
This is pretty much the same for any game(haven't try 2d indie games..). I feel like I never had any problems like this before with my GTX970.
