Anyone that would like to help with this is likely to need more information. What operating system? What type CPU? What motherboard? How much RAM? How is the GPU connected to the display? What size PSU? What type of display and refresh rate?
Without that info, the best suggestion would be to get the latest DDU. Boot the system into Safe Mode and use DDU to completely remove the driver suite. Then start-up normally and reinstall the driver. You can also try installing an older driver to see if your particular hardware setup is having a problem with the current driver.
