Hey All!
am having an issue where the GPU is working, but making an annoying "spinning up" and "spinning down" sound. It's not the main fan, I can't see inside the GPU but it is definitely coming internally. The sound happens when I have my computer on as well as when the computer is powered down.
Any ideas? Is this a sign of a failing GPU?
The GPU is hosted in an eGPU setup.
