I have an MSI rx580 8gb. The Radeon software for some reason puts my graphics card to zero RPM every time it turns it on. so I always have to select and unselect the zero RPM option every time. And after a while, my computer crashes, and when I turn my computer on it says "default Wattman settings have been restored" with the zero RPM turned back on. Is there a potential fix
