Ciao.il processo Radeon Soft App genera sempre un'occupazione di CPU molto elevata, almeno il 30 o il 40% in più del normale. Infatti, se finisco il processo da Task Man., I valori diventano completamente validi; Ho cercato nel web una soluzione ma sembra che il problema sia diffuso. Driver aggiornati e nessun virus. AMD può aiutarci? o altri sanno come fare? Grazie

Hi, the Radeon Soft App process always generates very high CPU usage, at least 30 or 40% more than normal. In fact, if I finish the process from Task Man., The values become completely valid; I searched the web for a solution but it seems the problem is widespread. Updated drivers and no viruses. Can AMD help us? or others know how to do? Thanks

hi,

1. update Win10 to 20H2
2. disable Win10 auto-driver-install
3. delete C:/AMD
4. install Chipsetdriver
5. run DDU in safe-mode - clean old driver
6. install 20.12.1
7. test again

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
