I have been using my gigabyte gpu with the Radeon RX 590 and about two weeks in I started getting this notification.
The system has detected a link failure and cannot set the requested resolution and refresh rate. Your display might not support the requested resolution or there may be an issue with the cable connecting the display to your computer.
Now the gpu will show a black screen and will not display on my monitor when I use the DP. I switched to HDMI and it seems to run fine. Is it a driver problem?
