How do you know it isn't working? Try installing GPU-Z and see if OpenCL is checked in the bottom left box. If it is not, then you do have an issue. I use Capture One as well and have seen the problem with a corrupt OpenCL.dll
I was able to fix the problem using the following steps but I highly recommend you backup the registry before trying.
https://www.khronos.org/registry/OpenCL/sdk/2.0/docs/man/xhtml/cl_khr_icd.html
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenCL\Vendors
- Steps to fix OpenCL
- Find Khronos in Registry. Delete group
- Programs: Change AMD Software
- Clean Uninstall of AMD Radeon
- Use Auros disk from Gigabyte to install everything (use other manufacturers install disk if different)
- Reboot and confirm via GPU-Z that OpenCL is running
- Update the AMD Radeon software to the current version and check GPU-Z again.
