Recently got a Radeon Nitro + 7900 XTX and am largely satisficed with the purchase, except the fact that I'm getting an unusually large power consumption when completely idle.
I'm running the most recent updates (but also tried downgrading) to my BIOS and GPU. Single 4k monitor at 144HZ (TCL series 7 75 inch).
I've found fixes online suggesting creating a custom resolution or changing the blanking values via CRU but neither worked. Changing the frequency windows is operating in does not make a noticeable difference in the consumption either.
I'm seeing other people's idle consumptions on the same model coming at under 40W and that makes me believe I may have a faulty GPU?
