Hello, i have a 3 month old Radeon RX 6700XT. and as of 2 days ago, it started crashing periodically. When it does, the red light usually turns on on the card that i think indicates that it overheated, but i had made no changes, and all i was doing was watching a video, and today, i was just running a java applet with pretty much no graphics and it crashed again.
I have after the first two crashes (on separate days) tried updating the drivers with factory resetting but that did not help. Until 2 days ago, i have had no issues. Please assist me on what is the next step.
