hey all
i have been having a problem for a while with the 6500 xt card, the problem that occurs is that all visul input stops completly however everything is working still behind it sound, mouse clicks etc. i have so far been trying to troubleshoot this with varies things. i have tried different 6500 xt, different ram, done full benchmarks and memory tests and they all pass, fresh install of windows, fresh install of drivers, full ddu of drivers and 2nd fresh install, but nothing has been working. it happens not only in gaming but when idle as well there is no warning or screen flickering etc it just stops, and doesnt always happen in the same place in games either. here is my current build:
Aorus Elite B450 Mboard
Ryzen 5 2600x
Adata 3000 mhz 16gig ram (2x*gb)
Radeon 6500 xt
i dont know what could be causing it the only thing i havent been able to change is the mbaord and the cpu, i tried to look online for a opffical gpu compatability to the board but didnt find anything mentioning the 6000 series gpus.
i suspect it could be the mboard but i also dont see why that could be
any help is appreciated
