Hello everybody!
I have issues with my new system and the Radeon 5700 xt when running it on PCIE 4.0.
When the GPU is under load by games or benchmarks, suddenly the screen turns black and the whole system performs a restart. Afterwards there´s a error in the Windows event viewer Kernel 41 (63).
I performed a full load test for 1 hour with the OCCT tool and everything went fine. As soon I start games or benchmarks with high graphic loads, the same keeps happening again. Temperature of CPU and GPU are just fine.
The only solution that works for now is to change the PCIE to Gen 3 in the BIOS/UEFI. But this solution is not satisfying, after the board and the graphicscard should support PCIE 4.0.
My system specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus
G.Skill DIMM DDR4-3600 / 32 GB
NZXT Kraken X52 AIO for the CPU
ASUS TUF Radeon RX 5700 xt
Seagate 1,5 TB HDD
Verbatim 500 GB SSD
Cooler Master V750 Gold PSU
Windows 10 Professional
Chipset driver and BIOS/UEFI are up to date.
Any solutions?
Thanks for you help in advance!
