At least back to the Fury series they do, but beware if you are using these for professional programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, a professional Fire series card is required.

Any of the Radeon Pro cards (WX2100, WX3100, WX4100, WX5100, WX7100, WX9100, Radeon SSG) support 10-bit (you enable it through the Radeon Advanced Settings interface).
