Hi! So, when I was watching a 1080p 60fps video on YouTube (vp9), I've noticed that my gpu was at least taking about 38-50% (jumps up and down shown on pic) for video decoding and I'm wondering if that is normal. Thanks! 😊(I've added an image below)
