Recently I'm experiencing issues with shadows (and shadowy outlines) on my RX580 8GB MSI Gaming X+. It's mostly (or most visibly) appearing in games but I have also noticed it while using windows normally (like start menu). I'll try to describle it the best I can. When moving quickly a dark outline appears on shadows and items/things. It's especially visible on big things like mountains or buildings in games and in darker/shadowed places. I feel like after getting latest 18.5.1 Adrenaline it's less visible/less occuring but it's still there. Here is a short video to visualise what I mean - https://youtu.be/czMLyDt7FII.
