PC is randomly restarting after upgrading To 6950 XT

I previously had an RTX 2060 Super and bought this XTX Speedster RX 6950XT from Facebook Marketplace and ever since I had it plugged in, whether i'm on Discord call, a website or ESPECIALLY when I try to launch WWE 2K24, it automatically reboots my PC. I literally had to buy a new PSU (going from RM850e to RM850x) thinking it would be fixed but it's still not fixed. I tried reaching out to the seller but he's not responding anymore. I paid around 700CAD$...

SPECS:

GPU: RX 6950 XT CPU: RYZEN 5 3600X PSU: RM850x RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory MOTHERBOARD: MSI B550-A PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard CPU COOLER: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler

Here are the things I have tried to fix the problem:

-DDU removal, in safe mode, and installation of radeon drivers -Removed and reseated the gpu -Disconnected and reconnected gpu power cables -Disconnected and reconnected all power cables to PSU -Nothing overclocked (only undervolted) -Performed stress test on GPU and CPU with no crash and no errors reported -All chipset drivers and BIOS up to date, also reinstalled latest chipsest drivers and BIOS

850Watt should handle that card, however, buying a card that expensive used and with no warranty is super risky.

Try it on another computer, underclock/power limit the card or try it with minimal drivers.

Good luck

If you are using the latest drivers - go to Performance tab to make sure the ZERO FAN is OFF. It is meant to make the PC quieter, but I think it is turning off the fans period.
