OpenGL 2.0 error for game, but i have opengl 4.3

So i'm trying to play Starbound, the game used to work on my pc, but recent driver updates wont let it run any more.

I get an error saying that openGL 2.0 is unavailable on my graphics card. So i thought i needed driver updates. i updated my AMD Radeon HD 7800 it still happens. I checked the current version on my openGL and it says i have version 4.3?

so can some one explain why i get this error and is there a way to fix it?

can you please upload an image of GPU-Z to see which version of OpenGL is showing and to see if your AMD driver is installed correctly and not corrupted?

There have been a couple of User opening threads, in the past, that is showing OpenGL version 1.2 instead of 4.x or higher on their GPU cards with the same error occurring in games.
