I bought a complete system:
Ryzen 1600
B350 MSI
Aegis 16 GB 3000 Mhz
Be quiet 600 W
Vega 56 Powercolor AXRX Vega56 8GBHBM2-3DH
The Problem:
I am turning the PC on. The fan is not spinning and the LED are turning on but only for a short period of time. Is this an indicator that the GPU is broken? I switched the GPU with a GTX 770 and the system is running. I couldnt test the Vega with another system so far.
