Hi,
I'm having an issue with the AMD Radeon Settings software. Everytime I try to open it, I get the message "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." I can't play games and the device manager tells me that my graphics card's driver is up to date.
I did a fresh install with the latest driver. I can't even play League of legends or play an android emulator. Help!

Desktop Asus - PRIME A320M-K
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Vega Graphics
Windows 10 64-bit
Driver version : Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.11.3 Optional (Latest)
8GB of RAM
