RX 6800 (Sapphire AMD reference) and the new driver 21.3.1 is causing stuttering and heat on the graphics card and CPU (5800X):
Example: "The Hunter - Call of the wild"
Driver 21.2.2: GPU: 74 C max | GPU hot spot: 81 C max | CPU: 64 C max
Driver 21.3.1: GPU: 82 C max | GPU hot spot: 92 C max | CPU: 79 C max
Similar in other games. What the heck is going on? Back to 21.2.2. for me... Anyone else?
