Hi All I have issues with my Sapphire Pulse RX 5600 XT when on dual monitor. The 2nd screen keeps on going black screen and then just comes back.
System Setup is:
Proc: Ryzen5 2600
Mobo: b450 Aorus pro wifi-cd mini-itx
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 5600 XT
Ram: 16 GB Kingston Hyper X
PSU: 650 Watts Cougar
SSD: 256 M2: 500
2x 60 hz monitor ( different brands)
1 HDMI to HDMI
1 DP to HDMI
CPU and GPU temp is good
Steps Taken:
Reinstall drivers
Uninstall Adrenaline
Reinstall Driver without Adrenaline 2020
Reinstall Driver without Adrenaline latest update 2023
Uninstall amd drivers and let windows 11 choose drivers from updates
Turned off free sync
Change Cables
Note: Only 1 specific monitor does this even if I switched to main or 2nd screen. I also switched DP and HDMI connection the same monitor is doing the black screen.
I used the same monitor in my gigabyte 1050ti OC and there is no issue with black screens
I removed the other monitor on DP connection and just choose the same monitor with hdmi and there is no issue
I am thinking of buying a new monitor identical to the one that does not go black screen. But when I tried using only 1 monitor the issue is gone.
Does Sapphire Pulse RX 5600 XT has issue with dual screens?
