a week ago i got a new 7900 gre sapphire gre pure
the day after i installed it i got a poweroutage everything in my pc seemed to worked fine after that,but 2 days later i started to have a problem when running games
when im running a game and i alt tab to see google chrome or discord part of the screen freezes sometimes,that doesnt happens in the games just when i tabed out of them(this only happens on my monitopr if i stream my screen to someone they dont see the feeze)
