My RX570 cannot start properly

I recently purchased an RX570 graphics card ,and then I installed it on a GIGABYTE motherboard, the specific model number is GA-B75M-D3V (rev.1.1),but after I installed it in the first PCI-E slot and connected it to power the card, it didn't work

Specifically, the screen is black, and the display still shows no signal after switching to the corresponding interface

I don't think there's a hardware glitch because it works on another Lenovo computer, Other than that this motherboard works fine with another graphics card The specific model of this graphics card is NVIDIA Geforce GT610

Hopefully someone will be able to help me and come up with a solution. I would be very grateful

I would first uninstall all of your Nvidia GPU driver using DDU and then download the latest AMD Driver for your RX570 GPU card from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570

Make sure you have the 1x 6 Pin PCIe PSU to GPU power cable connected. Otherwise it won't work.

Make sure the GPU card is properly installed in the first PCIe Slot and locked in place.

What is the PSU that you are using? what wattage rating?

Also when you boot up do you see any Motherboard Trouble LED lights lit up? Like the GPU Trouble LED? or do you hear One Beep and 3 short Beeps when you boot up?

If you only hear one Beep then it is booting into Windows. Wait about one to three minutes and see if you get video output when Windows starts loading.
