Hello guys i just build my self a new budget pc i have a rx 6400 paired with ryzen 3 1200 overclocked to 3.7 ghz 16 GB of ram so in multiplayr games i get low gpu utilization my cpu on the other hand is 80 to 70% mostly but i get realy choppy fps stutters fps drops i dont know why this happes but i would be happy if someone knows how to fix this
