my new RX 580 has great video but the mouse pointer is followed around by a jittery little wait circle when the cursor chooses to appear at all, the right half of the taskbar is blank, and then the mouse disappears altogether. Changed cables, monitor, no help. Powered down and reseated card. card blue light is on. I THINK this happened after updating the drivers. I have a new evga 550 B5 power supply. The onboard video is fine. Right now I am thinking this card is bad. I am open to suggestions.
