Hi!
I've had this problem for a while, and after more than a year I couldn't find a solution. The problem is that my dedicated graphic card (AMD Radeon R7 M440) just doesn't work properly, and can't be used. The card is show in device manager, in system info and in AMD Radeon software. HWiNFO64 on the other side shows that it's AMD Radeon R7 M340. But I can't switch to it, and any games/apps just doesn't recognize it. In graphic settings, where you can set the preference for games/apps, it just show the integrated graphic card (AMD Radeon R5) for both optimized power and max power. If I try to set the switchable graphics in power options on "Maximum Performance", the notebook just ends in blue screen after a while, and then it will do it every couple a minutes until I set it back to "Optimized Performance". I tried many things - reinstalling the driver, updating the driver, disabling driver of integrated graphic card, downgrading the driver, reinstalling it with DDU, but nothing worked.
Any solution will be welcome because I just really don't know.
My specs:

Dedicated Graphic Card: AMD Radeon R7 M440 Graphics (4 GB DDR3 dedicated)
Integrated Graphic Card: AMD Radeon R5
Hard Drive: ST1000LM049-2GH172 1000,2 GB
(I can add more if you need)
Thank you!
