My computer isn't working with my dedicate card (Rx 580 4gb, instead is using my integrate card(intel(R) 630)

I left my computer for a clean up and for an instalation of office.

Now my computer can't run games like witcher 3, the "solution" I found in the web told me to search Radeon adittional settings and choose the high performance setting, but I have the version 19.1.1 and I can't find it.

I tried to install the older version but the radeon settings does not show in my desktop.

Connect the monitor cable to the graphics card port (not the mobo port) ?
