when i ran intel graphic compatibility test and checked the result it showed me that my AMD graphic card is unavailable and its off.so i  am confused that the graphic is actually working or not. as well in the task manager the graphic card is shown but i doesn't show the usage

please any one can help me to change the status of my graphic card it will be very helpful

I think that you should be able to enable the AMD GPU in the BIOS (the pre OS boot system). I can't explain well now, others may help you better.
