Ive been trying to finish building this PC for a few days now and for some reason my 7900XTX wont show up in my device manager. Ive tried updating drivers, flash updating bios and reconnecting it with different cables but nothing is working.

Specs:

B650 Gaming Plus Wifi

ASRock 7900XTX Phantom Gaming

TeamGroup T-Force 16gb memory(x2)

Thermaltake 850W

The fans wont turn on my GPU but the lights do so I'm just confused. If any additional info is needed let me know.

Is the monitor plugged in to graphics card, have you checked mobo bios settings for 'initial display' config?

Is the card plugged directly into the motherboard or is it connected via riser cable? If in the board, is it fully seated until the latch clicks? Can you see any part of the PCIe contact "fingers" above the slot?
