i have a problem with my graphic card RX 580.
In games, the movements drag. I have captured this in two videos.
Newest driver is installed and the settings have been reset.
System: HP Pavilion Desktop 595-p0579ng AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB RAM; Win11
