I just installed a new RX 5500 GPU, and was loving it...  Until I tried to turn my monitors back on.  My 2nd monitor turns on fine, but it has "No signal".  The only thing that seems to work is reseating the cable.  I have tried multiple DP cables, they all have this issue.  I replaced a RX 480, which had no issues at all, even with the same cables.

Current driver version: 20.4.1

Please, any thoughts on the issue will be greatly appreciated!

Update:  Rolled back to 20.1.3, still having the issue.

I also just tried Power Options to shut off the screens after 1 minute.  5 minutes later, they came right back up, no issue.  Put if I turn off the power to the monitor, they don't come back on.
