on pc boot memory clock on gpu maxes out
i can hear coil whine
pc is rather new, bought it in oktober last year, and i dont remember having this issue until this year
pc reboots dont do anything
only going to amd panel and doing factory reset fixes it but after some time issue comes back
also windows updates fix it
