Hello, a variety of issues could be present here for having lag with your decently capable hardware. However, as stated previously a million things could be causing this, and unfortunately your post isn't specific enough to pinpoint the issue. First, I'd suggest checking your driver software, your build quality, and generally if your hardware is connected properly. As well as running a malware scan or doing more software troubleshooting. You also haven't stated what games you're trying to play, as generally with hardware like yours that is generally on the low end of the hardware spectrum, you won't be able to run very many games.
