Malfunction display output

Hello,

I've recently upgraded my pc with the hardware underneath.

  1. AMD Ryzen 5 7600x
  2. Asrock B650M PG RipTide
  3. WD Black SN770 1TB M.2 SSD
  4. G.Skill Flare X F5-600J3238F16GX2-FX5 2x16GB
  5. be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 750W PSU

I'm using the same graphics card

  1. AMD Radeon R9 390 8gb

Software

  1. Windows 11
  2. AsRock bios update 1.28
  3. Adrenalin 22.6.1

When I start the PC with multiple displays, the VGA-LED on the motherboard wil light up. And there will be no display. When I plug a monitor on the onboard-DP there will be display. When I put the monitors back on the graphic card, it will work again(in some cases also not).

Windows will pop up the next error:

I've already tried to clean register with the AMD program, without any succes.. Anyone knows a solution for this?
