Recently got my hands of this gpu but after installing it and the correct drivers, games extremely struggle to run.

There is very rough textures and some broken/textures aswell. Sometimes the image will freeze but the game will run behind it. Ive tried a few different games. 

My specs are: AMD ryzen 5 1600

1x8gb 2400hz RAM

MSI B350 motherboard 

and the SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 580 8gb NITRO which im having issues with.

What's strange is that it performs well in stress tests but badly while gaming.

I have tried DDU and altering setting in the Radeon software. 

Do you have any ideas why this is going on?

I have the same graphics card and also an ryzen 5 cpu

and the same exact problems but i i fixed them mine was that i overclocked my cpu too much and games would crash if you overclocked yours undo it or overclock it less i also had tried with different drivers even different windows versions.
