when iam playing ez games to run something like minecraft/fortnite preformance mode/the bidding of issac i see that there is no high usage of the gpu what affect my fps.
Your GPU doesn't need to work as hard to push out those pixels when you're running none graphically demanding games like Binding of Isaac or when you're running Fortnite in performance mode, opposed to running 'heavy' games.
What is your framerate? If it's 60FPS (VSync on 60Hz) or over 100 (no VSync or high refresh correspondingly), then your GPU is working as intended, the game itself is just not "heavy" enough to make it work out.
