I have a levono thinkcentre m91p sff 7033 and i installed the Levono AMD Radeon HD 7450 gpu in the pcie slot and when i power on nothing is shown on the display and it sounds like its not booting but the fans are all spinning and the power light is on, when i remove the card it boots up like normal.
My specs are Core i5 2400 3.10ghz
1tb Segate barracuda hard drive
16gb 4 sticks of ram
240w power supply
