Toshiba C70D-B/AMD A8-6410/16 GB RAM/AMD Radeon R5 Graphics Card running MS Windows 8.1 with (2) AOC 2043 monitors (1) VGA (1) HDMI/DVI - I can only get one monitor to run at a time, although both are detected, but one is always shown deactivated. I used to have a Toshiba dock and it would work just fine. Any reason I still need the dock, which I no longer have?
