Your APU seems to be in "Legacy" and is not supported anymore by AMD with newer Graphics Drivers. The last Drivers for your APU are from 2015 and BETA 2016 from AMD Download page from here: A10-5700 with Radeon™ HD 7660D Drivers & Support | AMD . This APU seems to be a Desktop APU and not a Laptop APU.
The page doesn't mention the Driver version so I don't know if it is the same one you tried to install.
