iTunes crashing with Windows 11 Pro 64bit and AMD Radeon Vega 11 Graphics

Hi all,

I'm struggling to figure out why iTunes 12.12.10.1  on Windows 11 Pro 64bit and AMD Radeon Vega 11 Graphics is crashing everytime I try to play a movie from the iTunes library. I need to kill the process every time I press play as the iTunes application freezes. 

Is this a known issue or is there anything I can do to fix it?#
