Hi,

I bought a new graphics card and when I installed it and tried playing something I experience some heavy flickering and stuttering with it being more severe in some games like Dead by Daylight for example as shown in this video: https://streamable.com/5uyj1w

Is there some kind of fix for this issue ? I am running the latest drivers. My specs are:

OS - Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64-bit

CPU - Intel Core i5 4670K @ 3.40GHz

RAM - 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3

Motherboard - MSI Z87-G45 GAMING

Graphics - ATI AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (ASRock)

Storage -

Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB

What resolution and game quality settings do you play at?

The 6700XT is a PCIe 4.0 card but your 4670K/Z87 only supports PCIe 3.0 so performance will be impacted. Haswell is over 10 years old now.
